Personal data processed

Through the dealership/distribution and contact forms we process the data you send us:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: e-mail address, phone number
• Company details: company name, city or country
• Request content: your message
• Transaction security: your IP address, held briefly in server memory only to prevent abuse, not stored by us; it may appear in the hosting provider's technical access logs

Purposes

Your data is processed to assess dealership, distribution and information requests, to reply to you, and to prevent abuse of the forms.

Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to concluding a contract), Art. 5/2-(f) (our legitimate interest) and the explicit consent you give in the form.

Transfers

Our website runs on service providers abroad (Vercel Inc., USA, for hosting and anonymous visit statistics). Transferring your form data to these providers relies on your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties, except with competent authorities where required by law.

Collection method

Your data is collected electronically, submitted directly by you through the forms on our website.

Retention

Your data is kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
• Request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties who received the data
• Object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
